Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services and products provided by LUMOA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services or purchasing our products, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services & Products

LUMOA provides:

  • Photo booth rental services for events

  • Curated products, including but not limited to photo keychains and custom disposable cameras

All services and products are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The deposit is applied toward the total balance.

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date.

Product purchases must be paid in full at the time of order.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or orders.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event:
Payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event:
All payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Event Requirements & Outdoor Events

The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and location.

Adequate space, power access, and safe working conditions must be provided.

The Client is responsible for ensuring reliable power and sufficient electrical supply.

The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the event space, including parking and load-in conditions.

Outdoor events are subject to change due to weather conditions. The Client must provide a suitable indoor backup location in case of inclement weather.

LUMOA reserves the right to modify or discontinue services if conditions are deemed unsafe and/or not suitable for operation.

5. Photo Booth Usage & Equipment Conditions

The photo booth must be used responsibly. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests.

LUMOA reserves the right to suspend services if guests are behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

Mirror-style booths may be affected by direct sunlight or bright lighting, which may reduce screen visibility. Indoor or shaded placement is strongly recommended.

LUMOA is not responsible for performance issues caused by environmental conditions.

6. Digital Services & Connectivity

Photos may be delivered via text message, email, Airdrop, or QR code.

LUMOA may provide its own internet solution; however, digital services may still be affected by venue connectivity limitations.

The Client acknowledges that both venue-provided and independent internet connections may be unreliable depending on location and network conditions.

LUMOA is not responsible for delays or failures in photo sharing, digital delivery, or online services due to poor or unavailable internet connectivity.

7. Data & File Handling

While every effort is made to ensure proper operation, LUMOA is not liable for any loss of images, data, or files due to technical failure or unforeseen issues.

8. Products

All product sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Custom items are non-refundable.

The Client is responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.

9. Media Release

By using our services, you grant LUMOA permission to use photos and videos taken during your event for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Liability

LUMOA is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue conditions, power outages, internet disruptions, transportation issues, accidents, or guest misuse.

LUMOA maintains general liability insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000 and can provide proof of insurance upon request.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Cancellation by LUMOA

In the rare event that LUMOA is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, transportation issues, accidents, severe weather, or personal emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement provider.

If a replacement cannot be secured, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

LUMOA’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid and does not extend to additional damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LUMOA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or products.

13. Intellectual Property

All content created by or for LUMOA is the property of LUMOA. Certain materials may be sourced from third parties and are used under appropriate licenses.

No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

15. Changes to Terms

LUMOA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
